SystmOne Appointment Rota Configuration

The content of this course has been certified by the   CPD certification service. The length of this course is three hours and is delivered via MS Teams.

Who is this course for? Anyone who configures the Appointment Book as part of their job role

Aim: The aim of this course is to enable the user to design a Rota Template and apply it to the Appointments Book in SystmOne

• Move a Rota to a Different Time/Different Clinician
• Cancel Individual & Multiple Rotas & restore a Cancelled Rota
• Delete a Rota
• Extend a Rota
• Create Appointment Templates
• Configure Free Slot Search for Receptionists
